By creating an account or streaming content on MPM Max you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Rentals and purchases
A rental grants time-limited access to a title beginning at the moment the order completes. A purchase grants ongoing access for as long as the title remains available on MPM Max. Titles may be removed from the catalog when licensing rights change. Access is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
Merchandise
Merchandise orders are fulfilled to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Qualifying merchandise orders also unlock streaming access to the associated film on your MPM Max account once payment is confirmed.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, record, download, redistribute, publicly perform, or circumvent any protection on content delivered through MPM Max. You may not scrape the service, share your account for commercial gain, or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
All films, series, artwork, logos and designs on MPM Max are owned by MPM Max or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Service changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPM Max is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
