Information we collect
When you create an MPM Max account we collect your email address and any profile details you choose to provide. When you watch a title we store playback progress and your list so you can resume on any device. When you rent, buy or order merchandise we store the order record, including the items purchased and the shipping address you enter at checkout.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on MPM Max servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the details needed to fulfil your order and grant access to purchased content.
How we use your information
We use your information to authenticate you, deliver the titles and merchandise you buy, personalize recommendations, provide customer support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember playback preferences and measure basic usage of the service. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings, though doing so will sign you out.
Service providers
We share limited data with providers that operate the service on our behalf: Supabase for accounts and data storage, Mux for video delivery, and Stripe for payments and order fulfilment. Each provider may only use the data to perform services for MPM Max.
Your choices
You may update your profile, reset your password, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Deleting your account removes your viewing history and list; completed order records are retained where required for tax and accounting purposes.
